First of all i DO know how to kick a soccer ball but i always kick it with my toe.
I try to dig deep then kick it but then i do this retarded kick that i wanted to be a good kick.
I have tryed other techniques like the side kick and yeh but how do i kick it with the middle of my foot without stuffing it up or toe punting it?

Point your toes down and hit the ball on your laces then slightly flick your toes up.

Have your laces perpendicular to the ground when u hit the ball and strike it as hard as you can, you may hit the ground your first few times, but you will get the hang of it.
